This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) forms an integral part of all agreements and interactions between Altcoinlog Media USA LLC (“Altcoinlog”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and any entity or individual (“Partner”) that provides, receives or processes personal data through activities involving Altcoinlog.com (the “Site”).

Altcoinlog is committed to safeguarding the privacy and rights of individuals whose personal data may be collected or processed within the context of editorial operations, affiliate programs, marketing collaborations or other business activities. We process personal information lawfully, fairly and transparently, following the principles established under applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to GDPR where relevant.

Partners acknowledge that any personal data transferred, shared or accessed for operational purposes must be handled strictly as instructed by Altcoinlog and exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected. Unauthorized use, commercial exploitation, profiling or data resale is prohibited. Partners shall not retain personal data longer than necessary, and upon completion of a project or termination of cooperation, all such data must be securely deleted, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Altcoinlog employs industry-standard organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration or disclosure. We expect all Partners to implement and maintain compatible levels of security and ensure that individuals working with personal information are bound by confidentiality.

If any Partner engages subcontractors or third-party processors, it is their responsibility to guarantee that such entities comply with equivalent data protection obligations. Altcoinlog reserves the right to request documentation confirming compliance and to suspend cooperation if such standards are not met.

In the event of a data breach affecting personal information tied to Altcoinlog activities, the Partner must notify Altcoinlog promptly and provide all relevant details necessary for risk mitigation and regulatory response. Transparent cooperation is mandatory until the incident is fully resolved.

Nothing in this Addendum shall relieve any Partner from obligations imposed by applicable data protection laws. This document complements our Privacy Policy and does not restrict our ability to implement additional controls when necessary.
